Sears has a gem with tech Robersy! Prior to his arrival, he kept me informed of what to expect, his eta and finally when he arrived he was very thorough on explaining my situation. Although he was unable to resolve my problem during this visit, he was informative of the options I had moving forward. A true gentleman and a total professional. Kudos to Ft. Pierce Sears.
