Did not verify all worked
The stove is still not working right. He was told it needed replacement and he said he didn't know anything and out the order! Horrible communication and follow through. The stove won't turn off and is blaring hot. He won't answer the phone.

I had a bad customer service experience with this technician. He was not punctual his arrival time kept changing, he did not call or text to inform us that he was on his way. His services was not detailed and thorough, and he seems to take short cuts and not troubleshoot the whole problem. He is also rude and talks back to customers in a disrespectful manner. He left without verifying if the issues had been corrected.

Unacceptable
Technician arrived without the part to replace, didn't have no notes from previous service repair stating what was needed, what was found, diagnostic, presume problem… anything that could have helped the technician to better understand why he was there in the first place. He literally show up and wanted to charge me for a DIAGNOSTIC, didn't even know that he was there under a warranty call and I have a co pay which is a flat fee that I pay… my house HAS NOT AC FOR THE PAST TWO AND A HALF WEEKS AND NOW GOING INTO THE THIRD BECAUSE OF MISCOMMUNICATIONS AND LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY!!!

Not happy with out common
My ac unit is not properly working and the reason I was giving is that the filter lid is missing which is causing the unit to not cool properly which isn't a good reason for the unit not functioning how it needs to. Jarrod mentioned that there was hot air going into the house but to him that wasn't a concern. This is crazy to me how the unit was putting hot air into the house and that wasn't a concern but the filter lid missing was a major concern to him. Would like to request a supervisor to come out if possible since this was a crazy outcome we got.

since January and our washer cannot be fixed by the army of technicians you have sent, it is time for Sears to replace it

Air conditioning Service
Abimael's initial phone call was unprofessional and rude. I had to ask him to repeat himself because his initial statement was so unprofessional. Despite my request for a follow-up call after the service to my family member, he did not make the effort to do so. The care he provided was severely lacking. I have decided that this HVAC technician will not be considered for any future service in our family's homes.

The Technicians were never able to fix the washing machine
The Technician stated that there is nothing more to do, they have changed many parts, and the sound/banging sounds continue. What will be the next step?.... I have had this problem since January and the Sears Technicians have not been able to fix the problem.
