Appointment
Hello, I'm giving a two stars to the technician for multiple reasons. The technician was supposed to be at my house from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. He did not show up to the house close to 3:00 pm. There was never any communication, no phone call or text letting me know he was going to be late. I lost one day of work waiting for him. Before he arrived at my home I had to leave and I left my son in charge to talk to him about the AC. After I get home I talked to him and I didn't get a good amount of information as to what he had done regarding whether he put refrigerant or not. He also took out the air conditioning filter and said it was dirty when in replaced the former a weeks ago. He did know put back the filter and left the system running without it until I came into the house and put it back in. Not professional.

He replace the thermostat with very old box it doesn't look like new but Experiences with Sears Services are always Excellent but he was from different companies He left 3screws loose and seems somewhat leaking near loose screw and he said ok now A/c makes different sound andI feel uncomfortable I always want Only Sears people who works sincerely Please send Sears people to Check that nothing is wrong Please

Scheduling Rating
Nelson with very courteous and patient with my GF and her having the house cleaned at the same time, thank you!! But the scheduling is terrible, we can NEVER CALL AND TALK TO SOMEONE, as well the window emailed to us is 8am-5pm!!??? You're kidding me?? We all have work and need to narrow appointments down to know when to be home!!! And the fact Sears charges a service fee to come out means we should have the right to schedule a specific time!!! Terrible!!!

Unfixed issue
The technician says he sees everything good but cooling doesn't happen. Well he comes on a colder day and suggests me to put the 1st floor AC to lower levels while my problem is in second floor AC. This workaround itself is unacceptable. Instead of understanding the problem with my second floor AC, I don't like the workaround solution. Unsatisfactory service. I would like to rate a 0/5

It was a waste of my time. Didnothing but shined his light and tryrd to ssy door wasn't shut which was not true. Then said maybe frige overworked. Never will I call sears again. Waste if my money abd time.
