Too expensive
It took just 5 to 10 minutes. Maybe less. I could do same. Just look. So price is not according with the time or labor needed. Repairing prices are more than buying a new appliance. I will never use this service or recommend to anyone.

Rick is a great tech. But he was here last week and it did not solve the problem. AND YOU CANNOT GET TO ANYONE TO HAVE THE TECH COME BACK. WE WAITED A WHOLE WEEK OF LOSING FOOD BECAUSE NOONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN DO THEIR JOB

It was stressful
The tech was good at his advice and but he made me feel terrible because of the service. He asked for my vacuum to service/cleane my appliance, which is strange that he didn't have and then said I would have to pay. The tech prior to him, Pedro, didn't do his job correctly and ordered parts to my house that I didn't need. I had to wait an extra week because of that, John did take them with him. As John left he said hopefully that fixes the problem and took a picture then told me to clean/vacuum my fridge more often. Told me it's in the handbook! I didnt get a handbook with the house or appliances. I purchased the house in 2018 with these Samsung appliances already in it. I felt like I needed to explain my life to him and why the appliance is like that.
