I have been blessed with two wonderful service technicians from Sears, first Enrique and now John. They were wonderful to work with and are trying their best. Even if the appliance turns out to be ultimately not fixable, I know that they did everything they could and I am grateful.

Technician was great. Communication from sears not!
The technician was thorough and efficient. My issue is with sears wasting my entire day. An 8-5 window is a waste of a whole day. At 7:30 AM website said I was the next stop. At 10:30 I had an estimated time of 11:15! At 11:30 I called was on hold for 29 minutes the woman that answered the phone had no clue where I was on the schedule. She claimed they don't have a schedule! TECHNICIAN SHOWED AT 5:15! SAT OUT FRONT IN AN UNMARKED PICKUP WASN'T ALLOWED TO COME TO DOOR UNTIL PAYMENT WAS MADE VIA A LINK!!!
