System inspection with eyes closed
This annual inspection was a joke. The electrical connection to the unit is broken, and hanging off of the unit. There is obvious deterioration of the duct work that exist the unit and goes into the house. There was no mention of either of these problems during the inspection.

Dishwasher repair
Our dishwasher was repaired but the dishwasher was not refastened to the counter top and now falls forward when it is opened. The repairman returned and said it was fixed but it still falls forward when the door is opened The fasteners are not in place or attached to the counter or cabinet.
