Mathew was extremely professional.
Matt, was very open and timely with the communications throughout the repair process. Very accomodating to my guest. This was a service contract claim on my refrigerator/freezer. Assurant did their part and Matt made the rest very pleasant. Highly recommend.

Exactly what I needed
Matt came in, listened to me and knew exactly what to do. Worked continuously and fixed it in a minimal amount of time. This was especially great because I had another repairman (different company) over the day before and he charged me a service charge just to tell me to call Sears!!!
