The first customer for the day should be called!!!!!! Let the customer know when tech is coming so my dogs could be out doors!!!! He couldn't call because he didn't have my phone number!!!!! That needs to be addressed!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ridiculous!!!! Larry was great overall!!!!!
