Tech was great
It takes so long for a tech to get scheduled to come out on initial visit. Then you need to get parts. Then to come back out. You basically can be a couple months without your appliance. Plus the day of the visit you give us a window of 8-5. Which puts the homeowner in limbo all day. These areas need improving. Larry the service tech was great.
