Warranty
Larry was awesome! My Speed Queen natural gas dryer was less than a year old and it quit drying. After much aggravation and a broken replacement part it is working like a charm now! Thank you Larry from Sears Home Services and Speed Queen Customer Care for taking care of it.

Repair appointment with Jimmy
Jimmy has been here several times and has been very efficient. All of the technicians who have been here were very good. But we are very disappointed with how this whole ordeal has been handled. The first time we reported a problem was in March, 2023. The service contract that we purchased in January, 2023 plainly stated that if the appliance was not repaired within six weeks it would be replaced. Your company has sent enough parts to our home to build a washer yet we have been inconvenienced for a year and a half. The nearest laundromat is some 25 to 30 miles away so I have been hauling laundry to and from my sister's who lives ten miles from me for the past several months. It has been quite an expensive ordeal with the price of gas and wear and tear on my vehicle. When the extended warranty on this washer expires you can be assured that we won't ever purchase anything from Sears again, whether it became appliance or service contract. I know that your technicians are some of the best we have ever dealt with but those what m your technicians have to answer to n it d to be replaced.
