Not Sure What If Any Service We Got
Unlike the previous tech, Chris, who usually comes out this tech used WD60 on the hinges & left after about 5 minutes- did nothing done to the rollers. Chris had told us not to use WD60. Oscar said if we have a problem to call again. That's it.

AC maintenance
I had originally made an appointment, I asked the person on the phone to please be sure, and have them send to people to pull out this air conditioner. when the service technician first came, he informed me " we don't do that anymore. It's incumbent upon the customer to give us access to the unit." I informed him of my original request. I then offered to have my neighbors pull it out for him. He made a couple phone calls and said I have to bring in an air conditioning specialist. I'm not a AC guy I'm really a refrigerator guy. One week later, two technicians showed up. They pulled out the one in conditioner, but made quite a mess in doing so. They left black marks on my wall from their hands. The Kenmore air conditioner still makes a lot of noise. So I'm not too happy with the service I received.

just drove off
We were very unhappy with the service we received from the Sears technician on our recent washer repair. While the first technician was excellent, thoroughly explaining what he believed was causing the issue, showing us details, and letting us know he needed to order three parts, the second visit was a disappointment. The first technician also mentioned there might be an additional issue with the motherboard, which he would only be able to diagnose after installing the ordered parts. When the parts arrived, we scheduled a follow-up appointment and specifically requested that the technician test the washer to confirm the problem was fixed before leaving. I even instructed Pedrola, the second technician, to speak with me before he left so we could ensure the washer was working. However, our experience was far from satisfactory. One of my receptionists noticed him taking his tools to his vehicle and asked if he was leaving, to which he responded that he was just grabbing a tool from his truck. But then, without a word, he drove off. When I went to check on the washer, it wasn't even hooked up to the water, meaning he couldn't have tested it to see if the repair had truly worked. While we're relieved the washer seems to be functioning properly now, we're frustrated that our specific request for testing went ignored. This lack of communication and disregard for our instructions left us disappointed with the service and concerned about the thoroughness of the repair.

Furnace repair
Sears have sent six service techs to my residence. Including the tech today. All techs are A/C specialists. None can fix my furnace. I was promised that today tech was a furnace specialist. An furnace specialist is needed, not a A/C tech. This has been happening since June of this year. Please communicate i need a furnace specialist. This substandard professionalism is unacceptable. Refrigerator repair
The service provider was respectful and polite, however the repair left me with additional problems. The first repair did not fix the job. Within three weeks the same problem occurred. Sears sent the same repair person to try to complete the job; which he did. However he left my fridge with another problem, within seven to nine days the right side of the top shelf froze everything. I waited to see if the problem was adjusting from the former repair. The problem continued. I called Sears and the response was to charge me again and a very strong sales push to sell me a Sears protection plan for a monthly fee, Forty years my family did business with this establishment imagine my shock and horror that this store we held with the highest of esteem and customer, honesty and customer focus no longer existed. I cannot blame the repair person I blame Sears for not doing the right thing and fixing the problem.

Poor service--0 stars
000. Appt was canceled... and the previous one was useless. They have been out to my house 3 times and never do their job to find why the AC would not work. Just Patch things up by putting some freon, charging the insurance and not getting to the bottom of the problem. I had to call someone competent to fix it. Useless service from Sears

Non-Useful Solution
The technician's response is to stop using a shelf in my freezer. How is that a solution??? How about putting in a ticket with Sears Master Protection so they can find a solution?
