Poor representation
Poor customer service Does not care about customers Did not troubleshoot … made us very upset He said he won't do a half job..we don't want a half job. We want to troubleshoot the situation and if worse case senario we will deal with that but you can't jump staright into worse case out the bat!

Fail
Despite the Serial number being on the materials directly above the dishwasher to be repaired (a copy of the previously submitted repair from APRIL of this year, which didn't fix the problem) and being on the repair ticket submitted for THIS scheduled repair revisit, David told our roommate he couldn't complete the work because he couldn't find the Serial Number. This, "Fail" is the essence of this zero service provided review. Do better SEARS HOME SERVICES WARRANTY - what exactly is it that we pay your monthly fees for????
