Fixing a refrigerator
David did a good job but didn't use the new compressor sears sent; so I hope this works!

Good service, bad ice maker
The repair service comes out again and again to fix the SAME PROBLEM: ice maker won't dispense the ice, the auger is clogged, and removing and dumping so much ice to fix the problem is so wasteful. You should just cut your losses and get us a new refrigerator that does not have this design flaw. (Written by Pearl's daughter.)

Washer Repair
Victor is knowledgeable and friendly. He is also persistent in making sure the repair is completed correctly. Unfortunately, for some reason he left our washer working but filled with sand and grit. I have tried to clean it three times and it still fills up with dirt. There was no dirt in the wash tub before today's repair. I have been waiting 2 months for this repair to be completed and have been visited by different technicians 7 times. I hope the dirt washes out and the machine doesn't error during a cycle now.

IIce maker repair
I found a screw left in with the ice. It made ice but it looks a screw is missing not the one I found in the ice bin. There is also a small clamp missing.

Fridge technician
Tech was requested as was told by another tech from a previous problem with the fridge that the gasket was bad . This tech said there was nothing wrong with it. Who do I believe?

Washer Repair
Technician was polite and punctual however he did not repair unit. The day after he left the unit started to have the same issues as before.

Tech did not make any attempt to repair
Tech arrived 15 minutes after the appointment window. He did not do anything besides look at the hood briefly through the cabinet door and without touching anything below the counter declaring the motor is dead (although we can clearly hear some activity from the motor and see some movement of the pop up hood). He made no attempt to look at actual parts/motor and see if there could be an alternative explanation or at least do something to verify that the motor was actually permanently nonfunctional. Then to top it off, he rudely protested about any possible delay to his prompt departure by my request to have my husband pay the invoice on line. Demanding that I pay the service invoice immediately on site because he "works for a living". I can accept the the hood may irreparable, but the cursory evaluation and subsequent rude comments were unacceptable and led to a very unsatisfactory customer experience.
