Paul was fantastic! We've been with SEARS since 1993 & blessed to have had reputable & experience techs for our all our appliances. Miss the brick & mortar stores. Pray that we have up coming services just as well. Will be purchasing new Appliances on line. Will give future up dates.

Bad Timing
The service provided by Terry was very good. However the time it took was ridiculously long. I called on Jan. 5th and the problem wasn't fixed till Feb. 8th. WAY TOO LONG.
