Efficient technician commitment to appointment time is poor
I am extremely disappointed that you have not honored your commitment to an appointment time. My appointment range was for 7 to 11am. Technician arrived at 2pm. I am disappointed in this part of your service. Shyheim was extremely pleasant and efficient

Mr. Shyheim was very professional and efficient with the service on our dryer. He explained everything about the problem and the fix in clear detail. Fortunately he had the parts on his truck and the repair was completed in a timely manner.

9/27/24 Review of Barry
Extremely friendly despite being mis-dispatched. He is a refrigerator technician and my problem is, since 2/12/24, with my microwave. He is also the 9th tech who's been to my house with no resolution. Barry gets a 5. Sears Home Services gets a 0.
