LG Dryer repair
Hi Terry was knowledgeable and provided service on 7/26; however, dryer is still not drying towels when I put a load of towels in last night. I need a tech to return to fix the dryer. Irene Grugan

Not great
Technician was not careful placing burner grates on polished stainless steel grill cover. Needed to borrow tools and carburetor cleaner. Left greasy paper towels on counter. Not very communicative. Was unable to fix drip tray issue. Fixed non-igniting burner.

Need better customer service and technicians
I was not notified when my appointment magically got switched. Terry was not very friendly. And left all the old parts and box's not a big deal but definitely not professional.
