Fix it finally
Freezer ice maker was not working. Took a few appointment but they finally figured out what was wrong and now I have ice first time since May 2023. Work was guaranteed Just have to wait for service person. To come and fix the problem. And hope THEY don't cancel your appointment I guess they are short on employees too

Excellent TECHNICIAN
Knowledgeable and friendly. He immediately realized the service call was not set up correctly. It should have been a warranty call with the oven covered. Had to make another appointment and I believe your customer service rep has gotten the upcoimg appointment set up accurately.
