Eric did a great job. Your administrative support did a horrible job. I have waited for a repair to my oven since April. Yesterday promise of service was cancelled at 3:00 and everyone in customer service has failed to provide me with contact information above their pay grade

Repair tech Eric review 9/7/2024
Eric was very courteous and professional. He accurately diagnosed that the door seal on our dishwasher and replaced it. Also we had a new problem of the top propellor coming off of the top rack. He showed me how to properly clip it back on. I was very happy with the service Eric provided!

Good Tech working for a poor company
Paul was fine. Polite, neat and seemed to know what he was doing. He came onsite 3 times in the last two weeks and at the time of this writing, has so far failed to repair our six year old washer because his company can't source the required part that is easily available online. The Support systems for this repair enterprise are terrible. The automated voice calls and text messages frequently communicated incorrect information or asked me to do things I had already done (like rescheduling an appointment). Sears also only provides a full day window for appointments, no Mornings or Afternoons or anything, so you have to be available ALL day. Overall, I found the service expensive, inconvenient and ultimately ineffective. I wouldn't recommend it if you have any other options.
