Joe is great
We have had multiple scheduling issues. The Sears Samantha system is awful and has cancelled my timeslot multiple times. I have cried on the phone with customer service. it is HORRIBLE. It took me 4 months to get this problem resolved. Joe has stepped in to make it right. He has sorted out our appointment problems and been there for us. Both he and Anthony are the best. These technicians are the only reason I don't drop the Home Service. Side note: Fix the issue with cancelled appointments due to "parts delays" that are not at all delayed and you might have a good service here.

Competent Tech
Tony examined our refrigerator, which we thought had shorted out (because it stopped running) and determined that all was well with the appliance. We later learned that the problem was with one of our GFI receptacles.
