Michael on my LG Refrigerator
Michael called during the day to let me know when I could expect him to arrive at our home. He was very polite and professional and went right to work analyzing the issues we were having. It is an LG after all.! He explained what I can expect to do through my home warranty company and encouraged me to contact them as soon as possible. He clearly had been through this before. He cleaned up and gave me a line item list of what had to be done. I was really glad he was on our side.
