Stephen L. was very professional and able to quickly find the problem of the water leak. Luckly I just so happen to have the needed part on hand at my house. He installed it quickly and problem was resolved. I was very happy not to need a second service call. I will request him for my next whirlpool appliances if it is needed. Thank you!!

Maytag Madness
I had no issue with Edward; my issue is with online communication. It was a frustrating system that allowed me no way to ask questions. I had issues with appointments and timing of appointments. It all worked out and Edward came through and followed up to complete the job on my Maytag Washer.
