Mike went the extra mile
Mike came out and quickly identified that the fridge was not freezing like it happened the first time. Once again, he troubleshooted, and to be on the safe side we pulled the fridge out, disconnected the water and cleaned around the compressor. We finally agreed that it is hard to troubleshoot an issue if it does not happen during a visit. He recommended if it happens again, record the noise, and shutdown the ice machine to see if that addresses the issue. Mike did a great job@@
