Issues still persist, too much to follow

My NXR cooking range home service was not able to fix it and also not resolving the replacement. Their customer support representative are also not able to understand, basically poor service. I've waisted my money since 3 years, when problem arrived they were not able to repair, neither replacing, they are not keeping their commitment.

Technician was very rude towards the end of services. Fridge was unbalanced at the end and he was not willing to fix it instead he just took signature quickly and wanted to leave the house. Very unprofessional and rude behavior.

Refrigerator leak

Technician was polite. Did not tell me he was entering the problem as being caused by the refrigerator which is the problem and incorrectly or purposely stating water coming from the other sources as well, which is inaccurate. This is a way to ensure that the appliance will not be fixed or repaired and a service fee is collected as the results were given after the technician left via email.

Tech came out today. Replace board and washer machine said that he checked it out brought it up that it was working fine when he left my wife went to use washer and the same code popped up again wash it would not complete cycle

Problem not resolved

Technician pulled pice of glass out of drain pump. Closed everything up, collected money. First run of the dishwasher and the base is filled with water. Sears wants ANOTHER diagnosis fee, despite it being the same problem.

Not Happy

I explained to the technician that I just want the gasket replaced on my beverage center. You can see that it's coming apart I can pictures. I asked the tech if he has a gasket to fit the kitchen aide. He stated no he has to order it. I said ok but how long if it's 2 or 3 months then I decline. He kept stating that I had to pay first, I said you don't need to diagnostic it's simple I need a gasket. He stated that he will check after I pay. I paid then he stated that I should just order it myself and put it in. I immediately told him so basically you scam people for the diagnosis charge when in fact you don't have the parts or the intention of repairing the appliance. Customer was able to help me Roth this issue.
