Dryer clean up
My 12 year old dryer suddenly made the loudest sound possible. Kevin correctly diagnosed that a wheel outside the drum was malfunctioning, he cleaned the whole machine and it is now working properly again. I hope we are good to go for a few more years. Scheduling was easy; our technician was professional, competent and very nice. Thank you.
