I would like to feel good about my experience but it doesn't seem to be over, I was suppose to hear from someone cancelled appointments waiting to get the call concerning my dishwasher and as of 6:00pm 9/22/23 NOTHING. The servicemen did their part now what?

Ok, he only check the serial numbers on his phone, push two buttons. Was supposed to have a service appointment on 9/15/23 no show or call. Very unsatisfied ☹️

Check a new ice maker put in 2 weeks ago.
The new ice maker was put in 2 weeks ago. I felt the ice maker was not working adequately.. ice bin never full. Even when we were not using it. He explained to me that the ice maker dumps ice every 2 hours. Somehow he didn't make me a true believer. My thought is, if it does dump every 2 hours, it should be full most of the time. I haven't seen that yet. He was pleasant and seem to know what to check. Said that everything was working like it should. So, I had to take his word.

Polite & professional!
He didn't do a thorough inspection! Advised me that he didn't want to remove the arm and clean under it for fear it would break due to the age of the dishwasher! Basically he turned it on drained it and he was done! Last year the technician did a more thorough inspection!

Left a mess
Chris arrived to complete service covered by an extended warranty. Items were previously shipped to our home for this repair including a large box (approximately 4ftx3ftx1ft container several of the larger arts needed for the repair). Without making us aware he was completed, he left the house. He also left the many broken parts he came to replace, including the large box and several large parts. Plastic wrap was left all over the kitchen and dining area.

Very disappointed!!
I've been trying to get a technician at my place to service my GE Washer & Dryer Stackable that not working again after being fixed back in August. I'm very disappointed with this Warranty I purchase and Sears as well.
