Was happy to get my washer moving.
I was happy to finally have my washing machine working. Went down stairs to start my washer on self clean mode only to find the housing container where the filter is stored to be snapped and broken off. I wouldn't be as mad if I was told about this even being an accident. But I know good and well as does he it wasn't broken. My washer is less than 2 years old and kept in very good condition. I take care of my mom with dementia, 2.5 year old and a 1 month old newborn. Washing clothes is very important and a fully operational washer is a must. Im happy it's fixed and grateful but not happy my mechanic broke something without telling me and then left the garbage and parts in my basement. 3 stars is for making my washer operational again thank you for that.

Seemed eager to leave. Did not follow directions to take off shoes. Didn't offer much info just quick short answers. Was nice but just not a 5 star technician.

.
Very disrespectful and condescending when I questioned him about the parts that were ordered and payed for. I felt lock of communication from his part. Then he became aggravated and rude and started banging things in the dryer, a little piece of something felt off the dryer as he pushed it in to close. So I'm a little concerned that the dryer might not be fully fixed or something might be wrong. Not a great experience with this technician.

What "title"?
Toni passed along far more information to me than any other source. Very helpful towards avoiding future maintenance costs.
