Laundry washer
Very nice man . He tried his best to fix my issue but right after he sent the ticket in the washer began to leak with the same problem. He said I need a GE person. So I had to call in for another service man

My main issues: provide a more reasonable service window-8 hours is ridiculous yet I know this isn't up to him. Also, provide covers for service persons shoes so they do not track through your house: many people do not wear shoes in their home

Refrigerator repair
Technician arrived at 8:05, after a 7:30 AM phone call alerting me he was on the way. My only complaint is that I received a message the night before that the "window" was 8AM-5PM. That amounts to having to spend an entire day waiting. I did not, thankfully. Jermaine was knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue promptly and completed the job quickly.

Hard to get ahold of company.
Tech was great. Your company canceled on me and took two weeks to get to my repair. You need some humans to speak to.
