Ethan is a wonderful tech
Ethan came the first day before scheduled time diagnosed what the issue is ordered the part needed then came back the second time and replaced part in less than 10 minutes. Great guy knows what he is doing.

Your service technicians are always outstanding and they are your redeeming Factor because your customer service on the phone sucks big time! I have tried three times to get my phone number as the contact number for the technician and he had to be the one to tell me they can't do that because whoever the primary name is on the account when you set this up and made your purchase is the name and phone number that will stay in every situation. Seriously?! Is your software that horrible? Is your programming that horrible? I used to be a programmer so I know it should not be that hard! If it is, then you need to change your software! Plus you're on hold forever! I have been hung up on two or three times and it takes two or three phone calls every year to get an appointment set up just to come out and start up our swamp cooler and make sure everything's okay. You should also have this available on your website without charging a fee! How hard is it to set that up on your website? You need to have an appointment setting opportunity and capability for those who have Master protection agreements or warranties! I told the people at the customer service and the technician I will never buy another Sears appliance or anything that requires a warranty just because of the customer service! The product is great and the technicians are great, but you guys need to work on these two issues because they are very basic!

Khanh visited my home twice; once to diagnose the issue and once parts were delivered, he retuned to repair. He was courteous and efficient and so far the machine is in working order. We have a home warranty through Sears and it has served us well.
