The system was down today so I was expecting him at 10am, then it changed to 11:18, I finally got a call and he got here at 1:15, so the system was at fault not him. He' gets R Done, no messing around, I appreciate that not much talking, that's ok too. Good job, very good worker

Great techs
The two techs today fixed my double ovens. They were very thorough. It took about 2 1/2 hours and they said to let them know if anything wasn't working after I use the ovens today. Very polite and professional.
