2nd Installer was fantastic! Text system has bugs!
Paul was fantastic! Clone him! First tech who determined issue needs customer service training. He was not rude or anything but needs some human milk training. I'm sure our ice maker needed replacing but sell us on it. It seemed like a snap judgement. Again, it probably needed replacing. The automated texting system didn't reply after we selected one of the offered return dates, multiple times. Then it stated a date we never selected. I've been an IT Director for 2 decades and the text system needs some serious QA effort. Our last tech Paul stood out! That's the personality I'd hire! Thanks! Kevin
