refrigerator-ice maker repair.
Rolla S does a great job. I'm very disappointed with Sears-same problem with ice maker, dripping water on fan, creates ice build-up. Terrible loud noise. I have to turn ice maker off for about 3 days for ice build-up to melt. This has been a problem for approx. 2 years or so. Rolla comes out and has tried different many different things, hasn't worked.

Review on recent repairs for dishwasher
The tec Johnny came to my home to fix my dishwasher the middle of September, and from the start he was very polite, and processional. He explained everything to me including the "issue" and how much to fix it. We scheduled a date for him to come fix it once the part came in. Due to personal issues I needed to reschedule and talk about a nightmare! The link in the text did not wor, the auto option on the phone redirected me back to the text! It took over an hour just to do a simple reschedule! When Johnny came back out yesterday he was again Amazing! He told me why I got the second error and was able to fix that as well as install the new part! Once again he was very professional yet personal! I will request Johnny if I ever need a repair in the future! Thank you once again Johnny , you are simply amazing!
