Too green behind the ears
He was very polite, but I think he was in a little bit over his head. He took off the cover of our dispenser for our detergent and our bleach and softener to clean underneath. He got hot water mixed in with the detergent area. Worst of all, he broke our bleach dispenser mark and cracked our softener dispenser mark. I would like you to please replace that since he broke it. I took a picture. If you will please to tell me where to send it. Thank you

SEARS and it's technician for this claim we're/are horrible
Justin does not know how to communicate. He some how changes his arrival times, current location, etc., to work best for him and doesn't even show up at all. Also, I cancelled my appointment today and I received emails showing that I signed for the work that didn't get done today. Seems scketchy to me!!!!….

Fixing the washer.
Terrible job, tilted washer over which spilled out the liquid soap. Then tilted it back up and spilled all that soap out the back and all over the floor. Do not recommend him at all.

Communication bad
Never called back… talked to a resident, but not owner. Didn't provide details of why AC doesn't work well or what it takes
