Excellent and thorough service
Rolla has been to our house twice to fix our appliances, he let us know the window in which he would arrive showed up promptly. He took time to inspect, repair, and educate us about our appliances. Excellent service

Zakary repaired my washer
The washer wasn't sitting right and it took over an hour to fix that. He did not clean up the lint and dirt and it was left up to me to clean up.

Swamp cooler service repair
Issac was friendly understanding professional considerate and checked work took photos When water on found water line leaks to swamp cooler and then testing again found pump slow to keep water level accurate Did not turn water back on to swamp cooler because too much has accumulated I base of cooler Said call her come back And I actually noticed an appointment for September 3so said see him then or if that gets missplaced call him to follow up on water turn on and recheck swamp evoprative cooler

Repair on Kenmore Elite refrigerator.
Our review is not focused on Tyler but on our experience with Sears repair starting July 27th and ending August 27th. Our 4 1/2 year old Kenmore Elite frig quite working and we were told by Ethan (Sears tech) that the compressor broke. He told us our frig was actually an LG and the compressor and repair costs would be covered by the lawsuit LG lost. Although the compressor arrived within less than a week, it took almost a month to get the dryer component that was ordered (on backorder). Tyler told us today Ethan had been fired and had given us inaccurate information about the labor being covered by the lawsuit. Our experience with Sears appliance repair (not with Tyler) had convinced us we will no longer purchase Kenmore appliances. If our experience is representative of Sear's efficiency and transparency, it is no wonder Sears went out of business. We found it interesting Tyler told us we could expect to have the compressor (still made by LG) to not last and we would have future problems at some time. Believe there are quality issues!

repair of leaking water heater
Kory was courteous but did not do any repairs. Leak appeared to be in area he could not remedy. Requires plumber and/or warranty replacement.
