You can't reach a live person!!! So you have to wait 2-3 more weeks more when they order parts even if they come in within a week. Super frustrating!

Albert is Great
Knowledgeable, friendly, and understands customer service. Came in and repaired A &E's previous technician's errors AND took the other technicians trash with him. Would recommend Albert with no reservations. However, because A & E never addressed my previous complaints, would NEVER recommend the company.
