You can't reach a live person!!! So you have to wait 2-3 more weeks more when they order parts even if they come in within a week. Super frustrating!

was a pleasure having him several times. He is knowledgeable and works to take care of the problem. If he needed to check with Sears, he did before starting. Showed us what the changes were on the icemaker sensors, and hoped this would solve the problems. Very professional..
