Kenmore Refrigerator Repair
The technician, Casey, was great...got our fridge up and running, so all ended well. Communication with Sears Home Service leaves a lot to be desired. We scheduled the service two weeks in advance and it was cancelled mid-day on the day of service. Given that the appointment is ambiguous (8:00 am to 5:00 pm) you waste the better part of the day waiting for that automated call. Any attempts to reach Sears Home Service by phone dump you into an automated system. Same with internet contact as you're directed to an automated chatbot with limiting options. Text messages indicated we had been rescheduled to another day, again with an 8:00 am to 5:00 pm service window and it was 2:30 in the afternoon before we received a call that our technician would be at our home in 40 minutes. Very frustrating and disruptive to the day sitting and waiting for hours for communication.

Good job on the repair and very nice person.
The back of the refrigerator was installed and the refrigerator works very well. The only problem is that one of the shelves was bent probably when it was removed. It was bent in such a way that when we put the food back in the refrigerator the weight of the food made it fall. We tried and tried to put it back in but the one side will not fit into the slots that are there. The repair man was the one who delt with the shelves. He was very nice and we don't think that he is aware that anything was wrong. We think the shelf needs to be replaced as it won't fit in the refrigerator. Sincerely, Mrs. Bradley

Washer not fixed. Problem continues
My washer has a leak. Jason ran a diagnostic test on the washer which did not show an error related to the leak, so he determined that there was nothing wrong. I told him that the leak happened toward the end of the wash Cycle (rinse cycle??) but he he just pressed buttons off/on and didn't wait to observe the rinse cycle. Impatient? He also did not put a towel on the floor in case the leak happened while he was there. Did not leave a card so I could not call him back when the leak happened again less than hour after he left. Arrived 30 minutes early despite the Sears app's estimated time of arrival changing throughout the morning. An 8 hour window is too long and unreasonable for customers.

Dryer repair
The dryer is still not repaired after 5 weeks of screwing with this. . I'm speechless. Never dealt with this kind of service. Still getting E 61 error. Erick left saying it was repaired. He did not test it long enough. You'd think this could be figured out by now. This is not good service. Communication is poor.

Follow up
No call or follow up to keep me posted on work that needs to be done . 2nd time to the residence and still no repairs have been completed . Not sure what's going on between company and home warranty company

No one showed up how can I rate?
I waited all day and kept checking status which kept changing and ended up saying 9 pm! So much for the 8 to 5 window. Got several text messages at same time one saying on the way one saying please rate and one saying I'm now scheduled for 9/13. Almost a month for your scheduling error. I am not happy.

Tech never communicated
My wife took the day off waiting for the tech to arrive. The tech never arrived during the window of time that wee were given. There was no text, email, or phone call that the tech was on their way. Thier was no communication whatsoever. This is the SECOND time the tech has no-showed an appointment. Service was absolute TRASH!

I don't know what "It C"is, but it's connected to Sears Home which is the absolute worst. So zero stars for IT C and Sears Home.

Never again!
Erick the was great. However, Sears communication is terrible. I received no information for a month. When I finally got a hold of your call center in India I was transferred three times. I was first told I cancelled an appointment so my part was cancelled as well. After repeatedly explaining that sears cancelled because the part was not in I was told the part was no longer made. Big difference, right! Now I am waiting for a confirming email. I will never use your services again.
