Excellent and courteous technician
Dmitri called me to let me know he was coming. He was right on time, very courteous and knowledgeable about my oven. He repaired and tested the appliance and put down protective coverings when laying his tools down to protect my countertops. He is a great asset to your company!

Freezer is still not cold enough
We were told the coils were plenty cold, but we had overfilled the freezer and refrigerator. We threw out lots of food. Tyler L. cleaned everything and turned down the freezer and refrigerator to 5 and said in 24 hrs everything should be fine. The next day the freezer was dripping water and not cold at all. Everything was melting so we turned it back up to max and it is now cold enough. We called to reschedule another check up. The thermostat must be off? If we have to have it on max setting, will it wear out the system?

Left a bit of a mess behind
There was a lot of lint left behind. The vacuum spread it all over the adjacent room . Aside from that, he was very efficient and had the repair done quickly.

Erick was very courteous, explained the repair process and provided an accurate estimate, and was efficient in completing the repair process as quickly as possible. My only complaint is with the appliance repair scheduling process - it would be helpful if you could narrow the appointment window to a half day period (e.g., morning or afternoon), instead of the entire day!

He was fine the rest was poor! Ordered the wrong part! Then you did not show up for a scheduled appointment and the the tech left the washer full of water and did not drain because it was plugged and I land over 230 for a maintenance that was not done correctly!

Not fixed
He is 2nd technician out and the ice maker still doesn't work. Hard to rate if issue is not resolved. Based on not working probably should rate a 1 star. Repair a fail, customer interface good

Trash compactor
They were able to fix the initial problem and get it to close, however it now is difficult to get it to stay closed. It has to be closed with force and even then will reopen. I think there is something still wrong unfortunately
