Fantastic Customer Service!
Justin was awesome! Friendly, polite, explained to what was going on with our dryer and what needed to be fixed. He suggested we look into the Sears Home Warranty plan (which we ended up signing up for) to help save money. We will definitely use their services again and highly recommend using Sears Home Services to others!

I had Casey from A & E / Sears come out to repair my dryer. He used his diagnostic equipment and determined that I needed to do another step to see if that would work. He has been working diligently on my dryer issue and is thorough in his assessment. Casey is very knowledgeable and polite.
