Poor service
Here to service the waher and dryer.Took ony 30 minutes to do both because he did not clean out the lint filter on th dryer, the filter on the washer or the tray dispenser. Sloopy work. In the past, this was done by the service person. Only gets one star but deserves NONE!!

disappointed in service
Dimitri called to say he would be here at 2:30pm but nevered showed up until 3:30pm. He was here for 30 minutes to do the washer and dryer. On the washer, he never cleaned the filter or the tray for the soap and softner. Definitely not worth the money paid for the service. This is the same person who did not show up last week and lied about us not being home. I am only giving one star because I have to give a star-deserves no stars!!

Bad Service - No Show
Our experience was BAD. We waited 10 hours for Dimitri but he never came. We were hone th entire day. We had a call at 2:34 pm saying that Dimitri would be a little late. Then no call and no show. Terrible service!! We have a driveway alarm which did not go off and no one banged on the door or rang the doorbell. Just plain NO SHOW!! Bad customer service!!! Dont want to give any stars but must so one.

This was the most miserable, worst home service experience I've ever had. A 9 hour arrival window is RIDICULOUS! After having me wait ALL DAY on 9/15 and no showing you made me wait 2 more weeks for an appointment. we closed on our home today. Sears' ineptitude cost me my claim with Choice- This was a horrible exper
