Washing machine repair
Technician Erick called about 30 minutes prior to arrival. He, as usual was punctual, courteous and crisply attired in Sears work uniform. Listened most attentively and went directly to work. Very careful, industrious, thorough and most professional. Tested washer and explained operation and use features! First rate job and top of the line employee! Make every effort to retain him! Always Professional
He's seen our refrigerator often, due to a continuous failing of Samsung's ice maker. A failing we will consider on our next refrigerator purchase. He remains professional, courteous and it's clearly recognized that he is a diligent employee, happily working for his company and providing excellent customer service. Pay him well and consider cloning him or at least using him as an example for newer employees.

Whole experience bad accept tech
Dan was great but am tired of appointments being changed and having to keep Checking for changes in the tech link. Sears should call if they are rescheduling. This has happened several times. Also the wait was ridiculous 3-4 weeks without a dish washer - really? We never had that before with Sears - you need to hire more service men.

Furnace issue
Arrived promptly and answered all of our questions. When he decided that it was an electrical problem, he called and let cinch know so they could set up an electrician to come out.

Look, it took FOUR appointments to get a service call! That is unacceptable. What is acceptable is Daniel's service and professionalism. He did a quick and thorough job. Well done, Daniel. Kenmore needs to do a better job of setting and keeping appointments. It took 5 weeks and four sheduled appointments to get a a service call.
