Great service from Erick, he saved me time and money. Very unhappy with Sears in general. Dan the previous technician misdiagnosed the problem. Also the part he ordered for his problem was incorrect (I don't think that was Dans fault, your database is wrong). I have been trying to contact you for a week to report the incorrect part but there is no way of talking to a human or even leaving a text message either on the phone, your website or via text. I spent hours trying. The best I could find was 60 characters as special instructions for the technician and hope he contacted me before traveling to my house. I will think twice before requesting a service with Sears or recommending them to friends.

Fixed right the first time
Overall new experience-drivers don't have parts of anything needs replacement. Website is outdated, not clear information for what happens. 1) Guy comes to house to check washer. Tells you what is wrong and you pay up front or he can not order the parts. You also pay for his time to install new parts at the same time 2) he orders parts that come to my own door about a week later 3) guy is scheduled to come back day after parts are to arrive at my home to put them in and test machine. No more Sears home repair same day unless parts are NOT needed. Sears: update your site
