Left trash
It seems the Tech fixed everything however he left 3 boxes for us to put into the trash. I think better customer service would've been for him to take the trash with him.

Oven warmer repair
Demtri was unfamiliar with the substitute part sent for the repair. he figured it out and the oven warmer appears to be working in a test. But I have not had a chance to use it everyday yet. Also this was the second day I had to wait for the repairman. The first day, a Sears morning email said the repairman would appear at 420p. At 450p, another email said he'd appear at 531pm. At 515pm, another email said the repair was being rescheduled to another day. A whole day was wasted! Sears needs to come up with a better way to forecast APPROXIMATE arrival times. I don't know if'd recommend Sears repair in the future or use it again.

No resolution
After spending about 10 minutes here - he decided that he could not resolve issue. My problem with that is that I'm still stuck with problem and now humane to spend more money to get resolved. Should have been a different fee since nothing was accomplished.

AC Repair Report
I have hired Choice Home Warranty for my appliances. James came in the morning at around 9:30am. He inspected why our AC is not working and have the report to CHW without briefing to me. CHW denied my claim based on the report provided by James. Our AC is 2007 old and there is normal wear and tear. He provided a wrong report that we did not maintain the AC properly and hence the repair is not covered. This is absolutely not acceptable. He left our place at 3pm. He took too long only to provide a bad report to CHW that they denied the claim. We are still living in hot weather in our place. You guys might be professionals. But you need consider the people living inside the house without AC. It has been 90-98 degree this week. Now put yourself in our shoes.

Communication Could've been Better
The appointment was scheduled 2 weeks after I requested one. I sent in photos of ther serial and model numbers and described the problem in detail. The day if the appointment no one showed or called. I clicked the link in a previous text to find that it had been rescheduled for 2 days later. The technician showed up and was very professional. The cost to replace the cook top was nearly $1000, more than what I had paid 3 years ago for the whole oven and range. This could've been communicated in the two weeks of waiting.

Erick stated that he fixed my washer as it was shaking and making noises when I washed clothes. I paid Erik his service fee and he left, and the entire visit took about 30 minutes. I went to wash a load of clothes the washer was doing the same exact thing it was doing before so he did not fix it at all but took my money. I called back to see if they could send out another repair man and was told I would have to wait until 09/09/24 after I was told it was fixed. I was told that no one could come back out today even though they are open until 8pm. I was told that they could send someone out on 09/06/24 to waist more of my time that I already took off time from work. I am very dissatisfied with the repair and if I could give Erick a big fat 0 for his review I would, thanks and no thanks for the service.

The Poorest Excuse for a Workman of SEARS, A DIsgrace
Unwilling or unable to solve a customer issue, this repairman failed. He made no effort at all to assist in the mounting of an oven range hood. Passed the buck. Got out of it.

Broke working AC
The tech arrived and checked the unit outside and thermostat and replaced battery. At night when I turned the AC on, it is not starting and the AC unit outside the house is making a humming sound. Doesn't seem to work. Before only the thermostat was responding slow but now after the tech visit and his inspection the AC is broken.
