Jose L . technician serving my washer today
Jose L. was the technician that came to fix the drainage pump on my washer. He was polite and knowledgeable and answered questions I had. He cleaned up after himself and fixed my washer, moving it back to its spot and asked if everything was okay. I am so impressed with his professionalism and precision in getting the part fixed! Great Service Technician
My service technician did an outstanding job from diagnosing the problem(s) with my range/oven to repairing the identified issues. He was on time on the initial call day as well as on the repair date once the parts arrived. On the repair date he came with an additional technician to assist with the repairs. They were both very efficient and left my kitchen and oven/range area very clean.
