Morrise is the best part of Sears
The rest of you are awful. Absolutely terrible customer service. I will tell everyone to avoid you and Best Buy at absolutely all costs.

Nareth U is beyond excellent. MY refrigerator was not cooling . another tech came, Adam ,who misdiagnosed the problem and ordered the wrong parts. when Nareth came to install them, he realized right away that the other tech misdiagnosed the problem. Nareth ordered the fan I needed and installed it just a few days after it came. He was personable and extremely knowledgeable and should be considered a valuable asset to Sears home repair services. How about 6 stars for him.

ongoing ice maker issue
Barry was the absolute best. My ice maker quit working for the second time this year. The problem was wires kept breaking underneath the freezer door. Other service people either could not fix it or did a patch and not a fix. Barry has such intense knowledge and experience ,he took the time to rewire ALL the wires that control the electronics on the door . Most were broken or about to be broken. He had seen this issue many times and was able to make A PERMANENT fix. My first appt for this second same ice maker issue was for Mon. Oct 7.No one showed up and then I got an email saying I was rescheduled for the next day!! WHAT!!. No call just a email and text. Never asked if I would even be home!! The tech Morrise came that day, Tues and did not have a soldering iron to fix the issue. Something about a truck problem. I was able to be home again on Thurs and Barry came, What a God send he was.!! This man deserves a raise. I cannot say enough good things about him. He was courteous, respective, conscientious, methodical, and even made sure he cleaned up everything, And before he left he tested all the features on the ice maker to double check his work.. I woke up today with ice in the bucket!! I want Barry to come to fix my refrigerator all the time now.
