Personable, on time, EXCEPTIONAL KNOWLEDGE and explanations. Worked in a clean & respectful manner. Responded well to questions. Hampered by lack of access to previous call records (3), and poor service info — corporate failure of record keeping and availability. However, managed to diagnose and complete repair at this time of evaluation. I hope that he will be assigned to call in future, should further Maytag/Sears appliances need attention in future. Even went the extra mile to contact and provide further educational information to the initial non-Sears repair person, while trying to evaluate prior work as was completed. Did so in a fabulous method - non critical, comprehensive and accessible manner as he (John A&E services) encouraged and answered questions from said initial repairman. A totally pleasant and thoughtful, comprehensive interaction between John & all persons dealt with on this call=> 3 persons in house, 1 independent service tech, as well as the Home Service Warranty personnel. Gets a 5-million score on my scale!
