Great efficient job. He was very knowledgeable and was able to order the right parts and get it done on time. The only thing I wasn't super happy about was that they said between one and five and he showed up around 510. It would be great with your moving timeline if with the chat session, we could just get a one hour out phone calls so I could get my job done if I am away at work and not need to take a full day off and lose money.

Jose was delightful and competent. The ability to provide specific information re my problem needs to be improved by Sears. A customer service line to answer questions or even a technical bot chat may have eliminated the visit, as well as saved time and (expensive) energy.
