Technician was great!
Our technician was outstanding. He explained things well and finally the repair is done. However, the time to get parts, the poor communications with A&E services made the process arduous. We had no idea how many parts were being shipped to our home. In responding to A&E's text messages, their automated phone system was junk. It kicked me out numerous times and never transferred me to a human. Quite frustrating.
