Great job
He arrived on time, got right to it and finished quickly. He replace the part correctly, unlike that last technician that fix the exact same issue a few years ago. He was professional and friendly. Thank you John.

John M. was thorough and efficient.
John M. came out to install 4 parts in our microwave that had been ordered by a different technician on a previous service call. After installing the 4 replacement parts, John M. tested the unit before placing it back into its built-in cabinetry. The test quickly revealed that the transformer also needed replacing, as it began smoking right away. John M. phoned in the problem and sought authorization for ordering a new transformer. However, his manager opted to just replace the entire unit, and John M. informed us that we would be hearing from the company in the next few days.

Sears Home Service Oven Repair
John did an excellent job in repairing the hinge of my oven. He had to replace a stripped screw as well as replace the hinge. This was a new issue & he took care of it. He was friendly, efficient with his time and came at the right time that he estimated. Thank you John.

Automated Nightmare
4 months to get parts and complete process. Automation calls always misdirected Transfers dropped. Like pulling teeth to speak to a live person and never an option in your menu. Tech was great but seriously considering cancellation of warranty and find another provider.

Finally a serviceman who knows what he is doing.
Jose is courteous, and KNOWLEDGABLE about the appliance he was sent to repair. I enjoyed talking with him too about other hobbies. However, Sears home Services is terrible. I have been without my Freezer for EIGHT MONTHS. I intend to file a complaint with the State of California Consumer Protection Agency.
