Problems still exist

Unbelievable, worst
This tech never showed up, nothing gets done. How did I get a payment receipt and rating for his performance. I have to wait for another week and a half to get it fixed. I should never use any Sear service again !!

Bad experience
After 3 visits and new parts , the issue is not resolved. Left us in middle of non working issue and I need to follow up with home warranty or find new technician to replace

Multiple issues and slow process
The issue took several days to be resolved and techician was unreachable to help with issues seen right after. The process took so long and still is open and unresolved! We r now seeing issues with loud sounds with the blower and air circulation

Terrible, need my money back
PG&e came and inspected our stove top and deemed it unsafe for usage. It was leaking gas and there was an excessive amount of CO gas in our household. The repair man came and essentially told it that it was a lie . PG&E came back after the repairs and the verdict was the same . Complete robbery from Sears repair

Microwave
The technician came over and suggested the Microwave needs to be replaced and he will inform the warranty company. Is 5 days and you did not submit the report and we need to understand why?

Kitchenaide microwave
Today was a the 3rd visit to repair my built in microwave. The display over was ordered and replaced today. The display and microwave was working initially, but 2 hours later, it stopped working. Display is messed up, keypad start cancel, all buttons do not work.

technician didn't know what was wrong
Dishwasher is making a loud, horrible noise that it hasn't made in the 20 years we have had it, and the Sears repair guy heard it and left without fixing it, saying some dishwashers just make loud sounds. After 20 years, I think we know what this one is supposed to sound like! Totally useless.
