Chris was committed to completing the job, despite working beyond 5pm. He seemed to know what he was doing, as far as my inexpert eye could tell, and am satisfied with the result - a working washing machine. He allowed me to work with him. He declined my offer of a free drop test for his phone.

Dish washer
The tech was great, but my home warranty has issues. They denied the repair person to fix the dish washer. I called and complained to them about the warranty and threatened to pull out and then and only then that they said that they will call the repair company back to have the parts ordered. I am still waiting for a call or email back from my home warranty company.

Repair refrigerator
Would have given 5 Stars but they left a little mess on my floor that I had to clean and did not take the old parts. Left it up to me to discard.

Freezer ice maker
Well it's been serviced 3 times and not making ice. Replaced ice maker. Nothing yet. Checked wiring. Reprogrammed it. Nothing. Ordered another ice maker replacement today. Tech couldn't fix it. So now 4 technicians and still not fixed. I have good policy coverage so will they replace fridge if next technician can't fix it?? It's hot summer time now. Need ice!! Please work with me. Let me know if it doesn't work next appointment. June 28th. Ok hope this gets solved soon. Thank you.

Microwave door replaced on a microwave/oven wall unit
There were two technicians, and I don't know which one was Aliaksandr. One of the two was rude and arrogant., and made some remarks I did not like. I was glad the microwave door was replaced, even though it seems to be a little loose (the door needs to be pushed to close).

Washing machine (GE)
He did a fine job. Service phone not working was his biggest problem. I must add that communications for the entire service event with responses to texts and emails not being accepted was terrible. I will think again before buying an extended warranty with EPIC.

Short notice and confused estimatr
Courtesy call only 10 minutes prior and won't be able to wait if you're late. Estimate can only be provided by email cannot be paper. Email estimate does not give you a complete and clear picture. The estimate provided only have the parts cost and did not include the labor cost. And we are told by the technician to call customer service for any further questions or clarification.

KitchenAid Ref repair
We have a ceramic floor and Christopher dropped his metal tools damaging the ceramic floor. A rubber or thick cloth pad could have prevented it. Advice your technician to bring one.

Dryer issue
Sears has been back 3x to fix my clothes dryer. It is still not fixed. They keep sending different people so there is no consistency in understanding the problem. Vince was very nice but the problem is still not fixed. Very frustrating indeed.
