Had an old fridge that needed a new ice maker and I was worried Sears would not have the part available anymore. He reassured us. He ordered the part and was back in 4 days to install. We were kept updated on Christopher’s arrival. Friendly, polite, informative and knowledgeable. Kept workspace clean, did his job well & efficiently. We were informed about warrantees and if anything went wrong what we should do. Would recommend Sears to friends and family.

Technician Bernard was great and deserved⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. He took care of ordering the part needed and it arrived in a few days. My complaint is that our repair was delayed because the automated virtual assistant kept cancelling our follow up appointments stating that it was still waiting for the part. I had to call customer service to let them know I already had the part and appointment was successfully scheduled.
